Discussing how hard I found it getting out of the bath the other day, my arms had zero strength in them.
'What you need is a pole dancing pole thing and one of those strap ons.'
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely no idea what that was meant to mean and didn't want to find out ....

I'm too scared to have a bath unless there is someone in the house to rescue me if I get stuck. I have a nice shower stool and a step with a handrail attached to get in and out of the bath. I do miss baths, but at least I can get clean even well I'm feeling rubbish. Mind you, it still wipes me out!
I have a bath board, shower stool and now grab rails - but having a bath is utterly exhausting. I tend to ring my mum first then give her two rings when I get out, so she knows I managed ok.
No fun is it!
